I had the pleasure of hiring Garden City Tree Service to my house in Niagara Falls. As you see in the picture I attached the tree was not completely removed as I orderd and paid for in full before the job was started. I have a message from the owner telling me that they will not he finnishing because it is unsafe? How is it unsafe? Will I be getting my money back or at least a discount? I paid 475$ to remove this tree completely now I'm stuck with this eye sore in my yard thankyou Garden City
