Thomas Contracting came out to our water access cottage to pump our septic and made note of an issue. My Dad attempted to fix the issue himself but ran into a problem. He called them to explain what he needed and went to their location to pick up some parts. After some discussion with the staff, he realized it might be a bit more than he could handle on his own. We were having a big birthday party there that weekend and he was in a bit of a panic to have the system operating for everyone. K
