Bought a new Ariens snowblower in Feb. A bolt holding the drive belts came off do to improper locktight from the factory. I called the shop and the next day Cory picked it up at 830am took it to the shop and repaired it and returned by 11am the same day. I would never have got that service had I bought it from a big box store.Very good service
