My husband and I are landlords with a single investment property, and we had a very unfortunate circumstance of having a tenant sadly pass away and wasn't discovered for an extended period. We were very fortunate that First General came to the rescue by remediating the property to ensure it was safe, secure and a lovely home for new tenants to enjoy.
