Very poor customer service. The floor manager is extremely rude and seems to take complaints personally. What’s worse is that she remembers customers who complained before and treats them badly the next time they come in, making you feel unwelcome for simply returning. I tried speaking with the owner hoping to resolve the issue, but he was even worse.
