Brian James just fixed my furnace, and I’m extremely thankful for his help. He was very polite, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and clearly described why the furnace wasn’t working, which really gave me peace of mind.<br>He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was repaired properly and running safely before he left.
