Edward did excellent work — flexible, responsive, and clearly a hard worker. We had tight timelines for our kitchen renovation and not much time ourselves to confirm materials or scope, but Edward made it all come together. He was transparent throughout the process and involved us to just the right extent — enough to keep us informed without burdening us. When a couple of adjustments were needed before final sign-off, he came in personally the same day to fix them, and even offered to help with
