Called Sunday @ 4.56 PM spoke with Andrew- explained we had an arc'd wire when replacing dishwasher- sent pictures and received a quote for $120 plus part (receptical $20). Price was indeed accurate.<br><br>Andrew re-assured me should be good no big deal. Eric was scheduled the next day.<br>Appointment time wasn't provided but was told in the afternoon.<br><br>Andrew notified me that Eric would arrive around 3.15 PM(30 Minutes from 2.45 PM).<br><br>Eric arrived exactly within the estimated time
