Stop sign violation from leaving Dufferin Asphalt plant 1788 Clarke Rd, London, Ont? My life was nearly crushed when a truck pulled out in front of me by a driver of Dufferin Construction who did not come to a "full and complete" stop! This individual made a dangerous decision by failing to stop and proceeded with a "rolling" stop! In a blink of an eye -- I was almost a dead man and another statistic!
