Raffaela from the Local 675 was such a huge help the other day. I'd been sent from the work site to go join the union and had a ton of people redirecting me on where to go to get my paperwork done, but Raffaela went to bat for me over the phone to nail down what I needed to do and I was able to submit my forms that day and get a rush on it. She even helped clarify where and when I'd get my working at heights training. My trip to Vaughan was almost for nothing, but I'm thankful Raffaela helped. P
