Replace carpet with hardwood flooring throughout the house, new ceiling w/ potlights, new kitchen, 2x new bathrooms, 1 new bedroom (in basement), new roof. This project was for my parent's home that I grew up in. They moved into to a condo before summer, so I took the opportunity to do some renovation before putting it on the market for sales. At first I had a very hard time finding a good contractor that I can trust. In fact, I had to fire my original contractor just a few days before starting
