With an older Hamilton building, we're always playing "catch up" with the prior handyman specials that have been done. Aaron not only troubleshoots the problem and fixes it, he makes sure that whatever work he's doing works with the overall picture, and at a very reasonable cost. Lots of strange things we've called him for (like a chimney on a shed with no fire place...) and he's dealt with them all professionally and quickly
