Honestly didn’t know where to start when we decided to renovate our whole house and finally finish the basement. A neighbour in Aurora recommended Dotch Construction and I’m so glad we went with them. Yury was straightforward from day one — no inflated quotes, no vague timelines. The basement alone was a massive project: framing, insulation, drywall, pot lights, vinyl flooring, and a rough-in bathroom. Now it’s basically a second living space for our family. The main floor came out just as good
