My 13 year old home was not water proofed properly and a $5000 job is required to remove the siding on our house, clear out severe water damage and rot, re-seal and waterproof the front of the home. Water was going through the front of our upper level and running down the front of our home and dripping down the front door entrance, causing water damage and rust over our door frame through the entire front of the house. 13 years old... unbelievable.
