1) Received exactly what I ordered. 2) Shipping prices were very reasonable and fast. 3) The telephone sales agent was professional. 4) The customer has to know the catalog part numbers of everything to be ordered. Maybe if you go to the showroom, you can get assistance. But I don't know for sure. 5) I had to spend a few hours with a specialized design manual and catalog in order to specify the right parts. The alternative was paying a designer $1,600 to specify $150 in parts. 6) Maybe Dayvan
