Phenomenal service, very professional operation. Issue: Older furnace, bitterly cold period, short-cycling & sometimes shutting down. Office staff were pleasant and responsive. Visit 1: Craig Peckford went over everything meticulously, including a trudge behind cedar bushes in deep snow to inspect the vent/intake status. Narrowed the likely cause to water drainage. Cleaned out one slow-draining tube, and waited patiently to make sure we had heat. A number of days later, the problem recurred. Vi
