I ran into very bad timing with my furnace deciding to die. It happened the night before I had to leave for Toronto to get my hip replaced! I called Crozier because I had heard good things about them. They lived up to the reputation in spades!! This happened during a snowstorm and a very cold snap. They were in the day I had to leave for Toronto and had a new furnace in the next day, in spite of another snowstorm overnight!! It saved me huge headaches and no doubt thousands from Frozen pipes.
