I called him on Satuday morning in February earlier this year after having multiple heavy snowfalls in Richmond Hill.<br><br>I manage a small apartment building with a flat roof.<br><br>My tenant called indicating the ceiling in the front stairwell had sprung a leak.<br><br>I called Mark immediately based on his reputation.<br><br>There was another heavy snowfall on the Sunday.<br><br>He came on the Monday morning to shovel off more than 3 ft. of snow off my roof.<br
