Chris, the plumber from Cooks, arrived to deal with our shower problem (a mixed delivery system that was always too cool). We were unable to increase the temp. He took it apart and checked for replacement parts (not available here) then put it together and voila! Hot water! He was friendly, understanding and very thorough.<br><br>He also checked a basement drain for us. I couldn’t demonstrate the problem but he understood my description, took the utility sink apart and flushed all contributing
