On behalf of Emerson area majority, not shocked to see such a low rating and so many 1 stars. Left a voicemail today as a crew made it extremely difficult for me to leave my street via car. Standing in the middle of the road, blocking off the whole street with pylons and the crew members having their smokes. I stated that these crews have been wrecking havoc on our neighbourhood. For example; An elderly lady had her driveway blocked and crew refused to move when she said she needed to get her ca
