So it’s some years later and my 16 year old furnace is caput. We called Cityair and spoke to Clint (Sunny is on vacation) he sent Vince over who diagnosed the furnace and we opted for a new one as we knew it would just bleed money over time (they don’t make things like they use to). Vince took his time explained everything and had the furnace here the next day and installed before I got home from work. He took the extra time to make sure it looks and works great.
