As a realtor, I deal with a lot of unfortunate situations. I had a house that a huge pile of junk that was left behind. I didn’t want to let the new owners suffer or the neighbours suffer, so I emailed this company and within 5 minutes he contacted me. I needed the junk gone right away and even though we had never done business before, they came out the very next morning and got rid of everything.
