We have a mice infestation situation at my house and Dillian from the company is helping us out. He is such an amazing worker, very gentle in his approach, quite knowledgeable. He explicitly explained the steps we would need to take and what the company would do on their part. He’s followed up a few times now. Although, we haven’t completely seen the end yet, I’m just very grateful for how receptive and helpful he is, very professional too. I’m hopeful we will see the light at the end of the tun
