Hired Bugman Plus to come clean a bunch of pigeon shit off the balcony of my new place and then install some metal spikes to discourage them from coming onto my balcony ledge or railing again. Was very kind and flexible, came and provided me fast and fair estimate. Arrived to the job with all the needed materials and equipment. When the cleaning was done, and we had run into an issue where the spike installation would have to be different, he didn't mind cancelling that part of the job and just
