Bob took time to speak with me about how to get our hedge under control and how to keep it that way in the future (he didn't try to upsell me on future work). He came out to give a quote the day after I called him and returned to do the job as soon as weather conditions were correct. He cares about safety and doing the job properly. Years ago, Bob also removed a dangerously over-grown maple threatening our roof. Professional, efficient and charges a fair price.
