Charles and his apprentice (don’t recall his name) were excellent installer’s! The worked quickly and were very diligent at keeping our newly renovated home clean. The new tankless water heater they installed works very well with zero issues. They were sure to instruct us on its use and didn’t leave until we were able to use it with ease. Also, Chris, the rep that helped us select the unit we purchased was very patient and helpful.<br>Thanks!<br>Carole and Chris B.
