I had a great experience with the people from Bison Air. Ed the sales person was very patient in explaining heat pumps, AC and furnaces. I finally decided on a heat pump with a high efficiency furnace. The 3 installers were done in a day and programmed my Honeywell T5 smart thermostat. I am hoping for a cool summer in the house and hopefully be able to save a few dollars on my bills.
