Don answered my call around 3:50 pm and showed up with his son within an hour — much faster than I expected. He also provided a copy of his insurance right away, which made me feel very comfortable. Don carefully checked the hanging limbs and gave a very fair quote. The job was completed efficiently, and all the small branches were cleaned up neatly.
