Denis helped me with a bug issue. He was able to work around my schedule and my pets. Friendly and knowledgeable and patient (I asked a million questions). He did a follow up with me to make sure the issue had been resolved. Will use him again if I ever need his services. Loved the fact that he uses pet friendly chemicals.
