Bathfitters installed our downstairs shower about 5 years ago. After a few years a crack developed in the floor. When we mentioned it to Bathfitters they came out and verified the issue. No arguments. Our installation came with a lifetime warranty. They gave us a 2-day window to have it fixed. Val arrived on day 1 as promised to do the first part of the repair and returned on day 2 to complete it. His repair was comprehensive, careful and beautifully done. Val was respectful of our property and
