We engaged with Balmbuilt in July, 2021 to obtain a building permit for a home renovation. It took nearly 7 months for the permit application to be submitted. And 2 months after the City has provided feedback there is now no response and Alex has ghosted us so we cannot proceed. Unprofessional, poor customer service. Very disappointing. We will now have to spend thousands more and waste time to engage with someone that is competent to get our work completed.
