If you want a contractor who can upgrade your water service pipes, go with Baldasaro Contracting Inc. Danny explained the entire process to me so clearly, even with all the questions and concerns I had about the process.<br><br>When we got around to it and the work was done, Joe and Dave completed it without a hitch. They minimized dust accumulation, cleaned whatever they dug up (including our driveway; we just have to pave it afterwards), and cemented whatever concrete they broke up to access
