At 2:30 pm we discovered our 100’ white pine (3 ft diameter) had been struck by lightning, cracking the tree down the center of the trunk right to the ground. Arborworks answered the phone and within 25 minutes, Daniel arrived to assess the damage and danger. Our home was in immediate danger, as without intervention, the tree would surely fall within hours.
