After purchasing a hydropool hot tub from Manchester's North Bay, the tub got delivered damaged (All 4 corners busted, gouge in acrylic and leaking circulator pump) After dozens of phone calls and emails 7 months later still no resolution. I had made a call to hydropool corporate office and they had advised me to try warranty at my local dealer, Aquacade.
