STUDIO APARTMENT July 2018 Jose was referred by a friend of ours who worked with him on renovating a small condo. We had family visiting from over seas and needed to convert our guest house into a studio apartment but had no idea how to make that happen. With a full time job and a new born it seemed impossible.
