Why do they wait till winter to shut the power off for repairs. Nov 20 2021 it's supposed to be off in pioneer park for 6 hours to replace a hydro pole. I think they go on vacation all summer and then shut our power off in the winter to do their repairs. I'm going to start documenting the days we go without heat and water in the winter. ONCE AGAIN, OUR POWER IS GOING TO BE OUT ON JANUARY 18, 2023
