“
3-4 years ago Government housing hired these people to put our new steps in. They used my brand new $170 shovel for the tar. I went out and asked, "is that my brand new, never used shovel stuck in your tar" they lied and said "yea we just put it there to get it out of the way" my security cameras caught them using it like it was theirs. Then they took it again down the road and threw it on someone else's lawn and took a torch to it to "clean it off", then left it there. I had to go 5 doors down
