Florin and his associate also named Florin did a fantastic job with the installation of the heat pump outside and the furnace inside. They were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Outside was very messy with all of the melting snow but they were able to dismantle the old and install the new while keeping the house spotless. I am no furnace expert but the install seems very well done with the sealing of the duct work nice and clean. Once the full install was completed Florin took his tim
