First Class service ! I booked an appointment about 24 hours in advance and then I contacted them back a few hours to cancel as I determined the culprit was a squirrel and not rats or mice. Marie at Customer Service was very pleasant and understanding. Even though I offered to pay a Cancellation Fee she said that was not necessary and even offered to give me References to other companies that deal with squirrels (as they don't). Aetna could have easily charged me a Fee but appreciated my situati
