I called A&Y Electrical to have some wall outlets installed in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and were very polite but spent over two hours installing two outlets. I feel that this amount of time is excessive. They were on their cell phones to the office numerous times. They did clean up after themselves. All in all, we got what we contracted for, but we’re not pleased with the whole thing even though it was done well and politely.
